"Information Network" offers live-streamed courses to help Australian businesses share dividends and seize e-commerce development opportunities.

The "Product Livestream Marketing Training and Practice" course, organized by the "China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Economic and Trade Cooperation and Talent Information Network" (hereinafter referred to as the "Information Network"), was successfully held recently in a combined online and offline format. This course aimed to help clients gain a deeper understanding of livestream marketing strategies and enhance their business competitiveness through the application of e-commerce skills. During the two consecutive livestream sessions, the course attracted a peak of over 1.5 million simultaneous online viewers.


Helping businesses seize new development opportunities

The "Product Live Streaming Marketing Training and Practice" course invited Ms. Zhuang Xiaoyan and Ms. Ren Shanshan, two popular online influencers from mainland China, to serve as instructors. They taught and shared how to use live streaming platforms, the word choice and tone of voice for hosts during live streaming marketing, product presentation techniques, and various precautions that affect the effectiveness of live streaming. This course helps businesses further understand the e-commerce live streaming industry, thereby making good use of video sharing platforms to promote the Portuguese-speaking countries' specialty products that they represent, improving the effectiveness of live streaming promotion and sales, and seizing the opportunities in e-commerce development.

The two courses were held at the Portuguese-speaking Countries Food Exhibition Center (commonly known as the "Glass House") and the "2021 Portuguese-speaking Countries Products and Services Exhibition (Macau)" (2021 PLPEX), respectively. Dozens of registered merchants from "Information Network" brought their Portuguese-speaking countries products to experience online live streaming under the guidance of instructors.



Deepen your understanding of live-stream marketing

Mr. Feng, one of the attendees, stated that the course gave him a new understanding of live streaming, including the importance of careful preparation beforehand, such as technical support, lighting setup, camera angles, and the host's knowledge of the products, to avoid affecting the live stream's effectiveness. He also agreed that the course helps enhance brand awareness. Another attendee, Mr. Sun, believes that online live streaming can broaden a company's promotional channels, allowing consumers who cannot attend in person due to the pandemic to learn about and understand products through live streaming, thus enabling products to "go global."

In the future, "Information Network" will continue to hold various promotional events and activities to help "Information Network" customers find business opportunities and expand their markets.
